Winchester Shares in
Bikers for Babies Success

During the past three years, Winchester has hosted the "Bikers for Babies" motorcycle group as they travelled through. Starting at the Speedway in Kansas City, the group motored through the countryside with Winchester being the halfway point in the ride. "Bikers for Babies" benefits the March of Dimes and the many children that it serves.  The J.C.N. Booster Club has provided a rest stop, restroom facilities and food for the thousands of riders visiting here. In 2002, over 3,000 riders passed through Winchester; in 2003 the count was over 5,000 and in 2004, the official count was 6,569 riders. The latest figure that we have been provided is that $425,000 was raised in this year's effort, alone!
